And at Arista PR, each client is different in how we approach their business. Unlike some agencies we don't employ cookie-cutter strategies and recycle plans. We roll up our sleeves every day as partners with our clients to develop the best PR plans that make sense for THEIR business.

A client should never have to wonder what's happening on their account.

Every client of Arista PR receives a weekly status report of all activities. Our account teams hold weekly internal team meetings to make sure we stay on track. And it's our practice to proactively communicate daily with each of our clients. At the end of every month we provide a summary of all the month's PR and marketing communications activities along with a media coverage report.

No client should get a bill they can't understand.

We operate on flat, monthly retainer for all clients. This eliminates some of the traditional agency/client concerns about budget ups and downs, surprises or unmanaged expectations. A flat-fee retainer also helps our clients manage their internal PR budgets. Each month they know in advance what to expect and can plan in advance for agency PR costs. Our flat-fee retainer approach helps ensure our clients get as much PR expertise and service as they need, when they need it.
